b'Lowlands 2012
It was fun, exciting and freakin hot! With temperatures over 33 degrees celcius standing in front of a glass furnace is really tiring. So I have lots of respect for the guys who where working so much all these days. Marc Barreda, Emil Kováč, Marco Lopulanen, Marinke van Zandwijk, Kristin Larsson and Chris Maas. It was a great team of talented glass blowers and fun people!

Heksenbol
This is an order which I got. It used to be a custom to give people on their wedding day a thin glass ball which they would place in their garden to scare away devils and witches. The sight of their own reflection would scare those creatures and evil spirits away.

"Blowing glass on Lowlands! Wow it was an amazing experience to be on Lowlands and to show glass blowing to all the visitors of this music festival. And interact with the audience because people could design their own drinking glasses which we would make on spot. Challenging for all of us, would it be possible to make these designs, but what a kick when you manage to make something.
Really amazing environment, nice music in the background and a really fun team. I'm so happy that I could be part of this!"

Kunstmaand Ameland
November 2010
"With a furnace from Vrij Glas, Ameland kunstmaand invited us to be on the island during a month do show glass blowing. Ameland is an island above Holland. There was an art month which had the theme Glass.
The first weekend Micke Johansson from Sweden came to show glass blowing together with his assistant Peter Hermansson.
The rest of the month Victor Malmström and me gave demonstrations. Twice a day in this little studio at the entrance of Boomhiemke bungalow park.
It was very idyllic to be on this island for a month and to blow glass. An amazing experience. I'm really grateful to have been here and experience this."
